Star Sport Academy achieved their second victory in the Leone Rock Premier League, triumphing over Mighty Blackpool with a score of 2-0 on Wednesday.

In our second win of the 2025/26 season, striker Larry Siemon recorded his first goals of the season in a crucial win against a formidable Mighty Blackpool at the SLFA’s playing field.

Siemon netted two goals to help secure another impressive win for coach Amidu Karim’s squad and maintain their unbeaten streak in the first four matches of the Leone Rock Premier League.

Both goals resulted from defensive errors by the home side, which Siemon capitalised on on two occasions.

The atmosphere at the King Tom playing field was vibrant from the start, as we began to put pressure on the home side following several early opportunities in the first half.

After the recess, both goals were scored in the second half following our continued pressure on the home team.
