Star Sport Academy recorded a 4-0 win over Luawa at the Approved School on Wednesday and secured our position in the Leone Rock Premier League.

Striker Larry Siemon scored in the 17th minute before Abdulai Aruna Sankoh put Star Sport Academy 2-0 up in the 29th minute.

Luawa struggled to break the deadlock as Star Sport Academy led 2-0 at halftime.

Goals from striker Abu Bakarr Yillah and James Kai Yamba ended Luawa’s hopes of an upset as the match concluded 4-0 in favour of Star Sport Academy.

Yillah scored in the 88th minute, and Yamba rounded off Star Sport Academy’s impressive second-half performance when he scored in the 96th minute.

Star Sport Academy remain second in the Leone Rock Premier League going into the last game of the season.
