During matchday five of the Leone Rock Premier League, Star Sport Academy secured its third victory of the season at the SLFA’s playing field on Sunday.

The star attacking midfielder, Moahmed C. Jalloh, in the photo, scored the only goal of the game just before halftime, providing the breakthrough we had been striving for.

In the first 40 minutes, we dominated the game, showcasing our passing skills and controlling the tempo until Jalloh found the back of the net.

After the break, the visitors came out determined to equalise, but our resilient defence stayed sharp and held firm.

This win lifts us to third place in the standings, with 11 points from five matches.

“It was a crucial victory, and we must keep this momentum going,” coach Amidu Karim remarked briefly in his post-match interview with our media team.
