Star Sport Academy is pleased to welcome left back Ernest Koroma as the newest addition to Star Sport Academy on loan from Bhantal FC, bringing our total of new players to five.

He has already started with his new colleagues during our workouts. Koroma earned a berth on the Leone Stars team for the friendlies against Liberia in June 2026 after having been outstanding in the just-concluded season with Bhantal.

An agile addition whose ball-handling skill gives him the pace and precision to generate attack.

Ernest Koroma told club media, “This is a new challenge for me.” Though I can’t wait to begin, my new teammates have greeted me warmly.”

Ahead of the West Africa Champions Cup, which runs from August 14 to 21 in Kankan, Guinea, West Africa, he will join the team’s training camp in Kenema.
