Allie Jaward has officially joined Star Sport Academy as the new first-team goalkeeper coach, just in time for the upcoming 2025/26 Sierra Leone Premier League season.
The former East End Lions and Bhantal goalkeeper coach has already started in his new role as coach Amidu Karim’s backroom team prepares for the new season. Jaward brings a wealth of experience to the technical team, drawing from his extensive years of dedicated work with numerous clubs across the country.
His diverse background includes honing his skills in various roles, giving him a unique perspective and deep understanding of the game that will undoubtedly benefit the team.
At national level, he has been instrumental in working with the Sierra Leone female team in Mauritania, where the Sierra Leone team won its first maiden trophy in history.
