The perfect win for us in the Sierra Leone Premier League (Leone Rock) as we triumphed over Bhantal FC with a 2-1 win at the Approved School playing field on Sunday.

Our first goal was scored from the penalty spot by our attacking midfielder, Alie Ramadan Kabia, after a defender from the home team handled the ball in the box in the 28th minute.

In the 75th minute, Bhantal levelled the scoreline through Ibrahim Bah, wearing the number 7 jersey, heading in a well-placed ball within the penalty area.

Alie Ramadan subsequently extended our lead, netting a second goal after receiving an accurate pass from the right, thereby providing us with a 2-1 advantage.

Despite the home team’s efforts to equalise, our defence remained resolute and successfully maintained the lead until the final whistle.

This victory allows us to reclaim the top position in the Leone Rock standings, following our fifth win out of the first eight matches of the season.
