Star Sport Academy achieved a back-to-back win under coach Amidu Karim, defeating Kamboi Eagles 2-0 on Sunday at the SLFA’s playing field.

Larry Siemon, whose two goals in the first half demonstrated his striking ability and deft finishing, was pivotal in the team’s victory. In addition to setting the tone for the game, his efforts inspired both his teammates and the crowd.

Even though the second half ended without a goal, Star Sport Academy’s defensive play was admirable as they kept Kamboi Eagles from scoring. Coach Amidu Karim was pleased with the team’s development after the win. He told SSA media team, “As I’ve said before, our squad is still developing, and we are committed to bringing out the best in this young team.”

Karim admitted that the consecutive victories show a promising trend, even though there is still more work to be done. He confirmed, “After achieving two victories in a row, it certainly feels like we are moving in the right direction,” underscoring the team’s increasing self-assurance and unity as they proceed with their league campaign.
